Sweat

Summers are on and the most disgusting thing about them is the unwanted and undesired sweat problem. It makes us look bad, smelly and not so wanted around. So I think one needs to do something to stop sweating. People find the easiest way of using antiperspirants as a solution to their problem. But are that solution the 100% solution to their problem. Well no. antiperspirants work for 4 to 5 hours a day. It is not a 24 hour protection we need to look for ways which can give maximum benefits in such problems.

Well to begin with sweating is body process by which the body regulates the temperature. It is a very normal procedure which generally happens in warm climatic regions. It is a major problem if it takes place due to any mental or emotional stress. Well over sweating can cause a complex in people and make them uncomfortable at public places(Smoking in Public Places Prohibited in Turkey). It makes one unattractive and as a result it masters in developing a low self esteem.

There can be many solutions to this problem depending how intense your problem can be. One can use homemade methods of using baking soda and some fragrance oils or if the problem is major consult a doctor or some books. Some books are very helpful in such cases and reduce the sweat up to 90%.
